Thank you for choosing Evie Olive Oil. We take great pride in the quality of our liquid gold and want to ensure it arrives at your doorstep safely and promptly.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during harvest season or holidays), shipments may be delayed by a couple days.

If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several tiers of shipping to meet your needs:

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues beyond our control.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Shipping Restrictions & P.O. Boxes

P.O. Boxes: We currently ship to P.O. Boxes via standard postal services only.

International Shipping: We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Goods
Evie Olive Oil is committed to ensuring your product arrives in pristine condition.

Damages: If you receive your order damaged (e.g., broken glass or leaking seals), please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Contact our support team at amanda@evieoliveoil.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage to initiate a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages: If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly before reaching out to us.
6. Returns & Perishable Goods
Due to the perishable nature of olive oil, we cannot accept returns once the product has been opened. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details on non-perishable items or quality concerns.
